PROGRAM: GLOBAL DC MIGRATION

The program objective was

  • To create an enterprise infrastructure, Cloud and operations organization that's agile, scalable and responsive to change.
  • To further accelerate consolidation and standardization from local to Global.
  • Developing an Organizational Structure supporting Cloud in all aspects.


Roles & Responsibilities:

Program Director for migration of 60 data centres/data rooms world-wide including establishing of cloud regions and global SD-WAN roll-out for 120 local sites.


Reporting to the CTO.

Managing teams:

  • Cloud Migration Factory.
  • On-premise move.
  • Decommission factory.
  • SD-WAN roll-out.
  • Cloud Cost Optimization.

Results:

Program currently on-going.

PROGRAM: FLSMIDTH, CPH DC

The program objective was

  • To create an enterprise infrastructure, Cloud and operations organization that's agile, scalable and responsive to change.
  • To further accelerate consolidation and standardization from local to Global.
  • Developing an Organizational Structure supporting Cloud in all aspects.

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

Program Director for Oracle Cloud Transformation and Microsoft Azure server migration from on-premise DC’s in Denmark.


Cloud adoption advisor with focus on organisational changes and cloud consumption.


Reporting to the CTO.

Managing teams:

  • Azure Cloud Migration.
  • Oracle Cloud Migration.
  • DC Vacate.
  • Cloud Readiness.
  • High Performance Compute.

Results:

Migrated servers from On-Premise Data Centre to Microsoft Azure Cloud and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure including Oracle ERP and satellite systems.


Decommissioned servers.


Vacate two data centres in Copenhagen.

PROGRAM: NEXT 2.0, CARLSBERG

The program objective:

Modernise the IT infrastructure and prepare for an agile and scaleable set-up.

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

Program Director and overall responsible for delivering Carlsberg’s ambitious transformation program.


Driving- and Managing Steering Committee incl. key stakeholder communication.

Managing teams:

  • Cloud Migration,
  • Network,
  • Security,
  • Application Rationalization,
  • SIAM,
  • Service Desk,
  • Workplace 
  • Test Automation.

Results:

Migrated servers from On-Premise Data Centre to Microsoft Azure Cloud including SAP ERP and satellite systems.


Roll-out of High Capacity Network in Western Europe.


Windows10 and new PC roll-out.


Roll-out of standardized Service Desk and processes.


Test Automation coverage SAP plus satellite systems release


Decommissioned business applications.
